Good Suggestions. Especially in an industry with lots of competition this is a great strategy.

I am president of a business association Rainmakers - www.gorainmakers.com and about two years ago we started offering a Money Back Guarantee if people joined, came to events, and didn't geel they got twice the value of what they invested.

We rarely refund money, but frequently get people to join as a result.
